• Managing reward fulfillment

Referral Momentum does not guarantee referral results, customer participation, or revenue generation.

You retain ownership of all customer information and business data submitted to the platform.

You grant Referral Momentum a limited license to process, store, and transmit such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents required to collect and process customer information.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Interfere with platform operations
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referral Momentum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Referral Momentum during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Referral Momentum, its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.
